Caldecott Band StandIn Rugby we have Caldecott Park situated at the bottom of North Street which is at the centre of the town.There is a car park at the back of the Town Hall which is attatched to the park.

We also have Whitehall Recreation Ground CV21 5DJ which is attatched to Rugbys' Sport Centre.The ground is open to the public.At the top of the ground by Hillmorton Road are The Memorial Gates

In Clifton Road we have Winfield Recreation Ground CV21 3SD which is open to the public.

In Addison Road ( at the bottom of Lawford Road ) we have a recreation ground open to the public   CV21 2HR

In Newbold we have a Recreation Ground which is on the right as you enter the slip road which joins the Leicester road and the Round About for the bypass. CV21 1EH

A Nature Walk along the old LMS Railway line.This can be accessed at many points along the line ,Clifton Road opposite St Peters Church CV21 3QZ ,Lower Hillmorton Road  by the  Shops at the corner of St.Peters Road.CV21 3TJ on Hillmorton Road by the petrol station CV22 5AG

Draycote water ,which is based just outside Rugby is a beautiful walk around the Resevoir.You have many runners and keep fit visit the area .There is facilities for picknicking.Car parking charges do apply,   http://draycotewater.co.uk/  The address is Kites Hardwick and the postcode is CV23 8AB There is also a sailing club based at the Resevoir.

Draycote Water is a reservoir and Country Park near the village of Dunchurch, 3.75 miles south of Rugby, owned and operated by Severn Trent Water. It supplies drinking water to Rugby, via Barby Storage Reservoir, and is named after the nearby hamlet of Draycote.


Coombe Abbey Country Park  is situated outside Rugby by Brinklow but within Rugby Borough  http://www.rugbyborough.co.uk/    Coombe Abbey is a large open park .Car parking  charges do apply and there are many facilities there.During the year Events take place and in the Autumn there is a Proms in the Park. Postcode is CV32AB Brinklow Road Binley.Coombe Abbey was founded as a monastery in the 12th century. Following the Dissolution of the Monasteries in the 16th century it became royal property.It is now a hotel.
